I am not an astronomer or a physicist or an astrologer, so I know nothing about the Moon. At the age of 5, on a mysterious evening, my parents took me to a small observatory where, peering into the telescope, I was able to see the growing surface of the Moon. The following day I was already drawing craters and rings of Saturn in the nursery school.
Later, I drew big spaceships, in which people lived and travelled through space. Then, I grew up and all those unknown and mysterious things about the universe were stored inside of me and turned into a fable.
The Moon is a huge spaceship, none other than the Arc of Noah. People used to live in the Garden of Eden on another planet and after ruining that world the flood came and only Noah and his family escaped on the Moon-arc, which was caught in the attraction of the Earth and so Noah and his family populated the Earth from the Moon-spaceship.
Naturally, the fable is much more colorful with many details; it has matured during the past decades and evolved into a fantastic dream world. I would like to tell this very special story through my „ég-szereim”. If I have succeeded in kindling your interest and made you curious, please look at my ég-szereim (jewellery is “ékszer” in Hungarian but “ég” means sky) and visit my exhibition opening in the near future.
The special pendant seen here represents the Full Moon with its seas, about the same way we see it when we look up at the sky. The dark indentures were etched onto the embossed silver plate. The back of the pendant is also covered and the surface has been left purposely oxidized reflecting the beauty of space.
The pendant is large, its diameter is bigger than 3 cm.
It is hung on a black mineral caoutchouc with a silver lock and ends.

This is Full Moon pendant number two, differing from the previous one in that the hanging is hidden. It is at the back of the pendant so as not to disturb the form of the Moon. The back part of the pendant is flat again and magnificent in fantastic colors. The colorful space can be seen on it with nebulae. I have hung the pendant on a thick mineral caoutchouc.
Price 24000 ft
This is Full Moon pendant number three; it differs from the previous ones in that the hanging is placed in the middle part of the Moon in a way that the jewel can actually be turned, so both sides can be used as a pendant. The back of the pendant is embossed; it is stunning with fantastic colors. One can see the colorful space with nebulae. The „bright” side of the Moon I have polished as radiant as a mirror.
I have hung the pendant on a thick mineral caoutchouc.
Price 29000 ft.
"Amikor Noé Holdbárkája utazik az univerzumot elöntő vízözönben" című medálom
This is Moon-arc number four.
It is a huge, heavy composition.
It depicts the Moon-arc travelling through the deluge overflowing the universe. There is no up, there is no down. The water in space is devastating everything in the Universe. The planets, the stars, life itself. The waves, the spirally bent snails symbolize the cosmic flood. Submerged by them, the waves embrace the Moon-arc in which Noah is travelling with his family and with the life saved from their planet.
The square frame symbolizes the created universe.
The back part of the pendant is made to look antique; its blueish color reflects the light of the deluged world.
The pendant is 4,5cm x 4,5cm.
I have made it out of 30 grams of 925 sterling silver.
I have hung the pendant on a thick mineral caoutchouc.
Price 34000 ft.
